Process flow

What are our processes
Ingredients
Stack various raw materials for glass production by type, and store the ones with large reserves such as quartz sand separately in the warehouse. Such as silica sand, soda ash, feldspar, dolomite, limestone, Glauber's salt, etc. are mixed and stirred according to the plan;
Melting
After the batch is fed into the furnace, it is melted, and the dirty material and glass liquid deposited at the bottom of the pool furnace flow out. The glass liquid flows into the channel, and the temperature of the glass liquid is adjusted to the temperature required for molding to ensure the molding viscosity;
Forming
Mechanized forming, semi-mechanical forming.
Annealing
after the glass is formed, the thermal stress of the glass products is reduced by the annealing process. The glass is heated in the annealing furnace to the temperature of the strain point, and then cooled to room temperature at a certain rate;
Processing
There are hot processing and cold processing. Hot processing includes: hot cutting, heat sealing, molding and other processes, and cold processing includes: polishing, etc.;
Inspection
The processed products are inspected according to the standard, and the unqualified products are eliminated and the reasons are found out
